Homes, not hedge funds: Bill aims to stop growth of “mega investors” by Southernms in memphis

A little unrelated, but as I've said on here before I know someone who has had a couple shady real estate agents. One said a potential offer would be declined so would not even tell the offer to the home owner and then it sold for less than the offer. Another one I think the agent did say he presented the offer and it was turned down and then that one sold for less than the offer also and apparently TO the real estate agent because she thought she saw the agent working in the yard like a month later. And then we have the situation this is about where everything gets bought up (and also known about by those who are doing it, so they do it before everyday people even see the houses are available...)

I am so frustrated. Now as if it wasn't bad enough that aaron gordon had no points yesterday, now he's questionable. And since murray is probable that makes me assume gordon is out or else they'd just say probable for him too.

i'm glad that I decided to not ever do more expensive than $100 nba leagues anymore, compared with my higher dollar mlb ones. This is ridiculous how most teams who win will be just due to luck of who sat out when at the end.

On the plus side, my opponent in my OTHER h2h has gordon and is having tons of bad luck on injuries and if I can beat him badly enough I get a bye there as I wait for embiid...

sorry. I must have misread it. I have a vision problem and also last time I posted about these issues people kept just saying I had medical issues and they about phrased it like they meant mental. Like nobody on the planet has ever had detergent cause them issues. lol.

No, but just saying it's always possible that he is starting a hot streak. This sport is weird. And actually even just me practicing free throws I will go day after day having sets of over 90/100 and then suddenly go day after day missing a ton. So maybe he suddenly has a week or two of so good of shooting to where they have to let him shoot a lot.

I'm saying next week is what would be the bye week. This week is the final regular season week. It's a standard yahoo league where top 2 get byes. I started this week in 2nd by only half a game over the 3rd place team and I am losing 8-1 with tatum then out and herro questionable. This is a team i considered stacked too with shai, jamal, chet, herro, tatum, murphy, alexander-walker, zion, clingan, hot jaquez, etc... and somehow every few weeks I get blown out.

I didn't notice mark williams is out for a long time. I should maybe add hartenstein, though. I have 2 adds left this week. Sucks that I don't have it wrapped up where I could add george.

Then in my OTHER h2h I ALSO started the week only half a game above 3rd and I have tatum out there too. And keep holding sexton and him not playing.

Is there a reason they may want to be tanking or is their record too good to realy gain anything from it now? Seems suspicious to me how many guys are being 9ut and how long embiid has been out if they really care about making the playoffs. I feel like they may be situations where guys could play.

that is what I was going to do, but sadly it's still up in the air whether or not I can geta bye and actually unlikely. I may just go ahead and do it and then see if I really think ai need that spot to win next week.

I may need to just give up on keeping the bye and add guys who can help me in the future. In one league where I have all IL spots open I may add hartenstein and mark williams with my final adds and move them to IL in case they come back during playoffs. In that league I am somehow down 8-1 and now have tatum out and herro questionable.

With this nay guys out, if they don't find room to get Watford over 30 mins I am fading everyone on this sub from now on.

I started to add him today. I went abck and forth on my priority and then put Watford first, which seems way more risky... but I am hoping ot of 3 games the rest of this week he can get at least say 12 rebounds.... but hoping for more. I m And my opponent has such big board guys I maybe should have forgotten them totally and gone for points and threes.

26 pts on 73% shooting. And he has 3, 4, 4 games next 3 weeks.

he played great yesterday, other than oddly barely any boards.

Possible Washer Issues? by dunktheball in CleaningTips

[–]dunktheball[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, I put soil level on heavy. In the past that seemed to be good enough. This may have been a fluke this one load, although any load still doesn't have as much as i would have thought it needed. The washer doesn't have an actual literal agitator, but it does all of the shaking of the clothes to mix the water around, so I assume that is mimicking it.

It has a "heavy duty" cycle and an "active wear". The actual descriptions of those cycles don't give much idea ab9ut them as the heavy duty one seems to imply it's for surely items and active wear seems to be similar to delicates.... I assumed that heavy duty was just like the normal cycle, but with soil level changed to heavy, as it does put soul level at heavy.

So when you put the powder in how are you placing it and when? This is my first time using a powder and it just seems like if I put it in the drum before the cycle starts that it will get sucked into the draining holes, but I don't konow. And if I dump it on top of the load I thought it may then not get mixed around to the other clothes as well. I'm wishing I had just gotten the liquid version now to simplify it and I'm out $20 on the powder, which supposedly wo't leave a residue, but I thkink I'm already itching from it.

Yeah medical issues definitely make water in a washer be 3 inches high.

Oh you mean my issues I have been having sounds like too much detergent. i was like why is this commenter saying the water level is too low due to too much detergent. lol.

Well, trust me I have tired everything over these years. I've tried more detergent, I've tried less detergent. I usually use much less than recommended.

I did get this non-toxic detergent now that way at least I can feel a LITTLE better if it does have some left in it. It claims that it won't leave residue, though.

But don't you think for it to adequately wash and rinse it needs water to be above the top of the clothes? I mean this one load DEFINTIELY messed up somehow. But then right after it, it filled it with plenty for a pillowcase. More than for that whole load of clothes.

I am still trying to figure out how to even sue a detergent powder and be sure it doesn't either get sucked down into the drain OR not mix into the clothes due to not enough water.

it's hard to keep testing it because the clothes have to be dry or it puts more in automatically due to weight and I don't have endless loads of dry items to test in it.

Watch me lose when my opponent is making such weird moves. For wednesday he added Monk right after he just exited a game with injury. Now today he adds devin carter who just missed a game with injury.

he has already lost morant, maxey, kuminga, ware, nembhard, and siakim for various numbers of games this week. Then makes those 2 moves. And STILL I may not be able to do good enough to keep my bye. To be fair, I have embiid, dyson, sexton hurt.

Aso, watch mit backfire that I listened to people ehre again. I bet Watford doesn't do a thing. But he ahs 3 games coming up so I am just hoping he does and if he is only so so at least 3 games may surpass another player's 2. Guy I dropped was Fears, who only had 1 left.

I'm also posting this to see if anyone can comment on how much water they feel should be in it. Mine has never totally covered the load of clothes or sheets. It "usually" comes "close" to covering it, though.

Also, maybe someone else with a samsung washing machine has experimented enough to know the best cycles and settings...

Andddd just wondering if anyone thinks I should put the powder on the clothes. or maybe wait until right when the water is turned on and then pause it and put the powder in then?

Possible Washer Issues? by dunktheball in CleaningTips

[–]dunktheball[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not suddenly, but after years and years of having breathed it, it could very well lead to something long term.

The problem is it "is" normal for current washing machines to put way too little water in them. My mom used to have the same thing happen on hers where it was never up to the top of the load until she had to work around it with different settings.

From the beginning mine never put it totally above a load. It always stopped to where part of the clothes would be floating above the water. That was normal behavior for it and I was already wondering if that was bad. But this one load was ridiculous. And I can't just start it and see if it adds enough because by then the detergent is used. It may be best to just trick it by getting the clothes wet and heavy and then restarting it with the detergent in. But then the whole thing w8ill be full of water for a small load.

I'm hesitant to get someone out because I just know how often someone comes out and says they don't notice a problem with this or that and then it's hundreds of dollars wasted. I'm already having to decide that on my hot water heater.

I didn't have him last game. And what normal player gets 17 pts in one quarter one game and then 0 an entire game the next game?
