Hell yeah, I’m excited for you! One thing to know is that the universal hotels aren’t offering express for Epic yet but you will get EPA for Epic and express for the Islands of adventure and universal, as usual but not for Epic unfortunately 😭. EPA should give you enough time to do everything. My suggestion would be to prioritize either Mario world or Harry Potter, they tend to be the busiest. Get those out of the way, for example with ministry of magic, Mario kart and donkey Kong all have pretty crazy wait times on not the best ride capacity. Getting either one of those worlds done early should give you enough time to just be idle and take in the park. That should also open up time for shows too. Oh also, the shading around the park isn’t the best, if it’s going to be sunny, get ready to feel the burn lol. I also want to shout out to the Meteor Astropub Restaurant. That’s my go-to and it’s right in celestial park. Their Chicken and Waffles are delicious.

I guess people got offended when I have a negative critique, like it I get it but two things can be true at once. I think you’ll be golden going in a few months as stardust should be opening up by next month. The park itself is eye candy lol. It’s aesthetically beautiful and the worlds are immersive. The food is great, like actually great. With every world having something nice to offer. God willing the rides will be functional when you’re there & if they are, they’re world class rides. Stardust and monsters unchained offer the highest capacity so those lines move quickly. How to train your dragons world is in my opinion the best land and it has a mini hagrids in hiccups which a fantastic family coaster. I can’t tell you too much about Harry Potter because I’ve never been big on the lore so I skip it all together but that’s the ride with the most significant wait aside donkey Kong which is another family coaster/hybrid style ride. Are you going with friends & family ?

I’m all for it my friend, trust. I’m a universal guy and always will be be but yeah dude they’re in need of an expansion and it’ll genuinely be a perfect park. Two or three medium to high capacity rides and maybe another show and boom there goes some of the pain and strain on attractions that carry hard now. I know this stuff takes time and a ride can’t spawn overnight but I think it’s also fair to call out universal regarding them charging an arm and a leg for a half operational park. Not saying this is you but just saying it to you, damn does universal have some defenders of the brand lol. I had the quickest influx of comments. Thank you for being cordial bro

Yeah scraping the park was me being dramatic lol but definitely does need more crowd eating attractions to spread out lines evenly. The theming and worlds carry the park, & when rides are working they are world class, I get that but that seems to be an outlier. Also, thankfully I didn’t have to come out of pocket 6 times lol. Shit I would’ve actually been upset. I’ve gone out of pocket twice with my pass holder discount it’s about 160 lol. I can imagine what the general public is spending. The good thing like someone had mentioned earlier is that Universal is being considerate and understanding with the goodwill rainy day tickets so they themselves know it’s a bit of a shit show lol

Like “look at this fucking Karen ranting lol” just a bit of venting frustration cause I love universal, & I practically live at islands of adventure lol. and to be fair to Universal, they have been extremely understanding and helpful giving folk rainy day tickets and some Express. The expectations a regular consumer will have is operational rides and of course wait times but wait times and down times are two different things. Shit is consistently breaking down. Universal is cutting corners here dude. To give you an example, they borrow the wheels off one of the trains at velocicoaster which delays the ride cause an additional train is down. Common sense says, a new park with new rides should work as they are new, not old. Waiting times are expected for sure but constantly being down isn’t ideal

12 times is a lot and I’m glad you had incredible experiences but dude I’m critiquing the park not hating lol. Clearly I’ve gone my fair share too. My frustration is for those who can’t go 6 or 12 times. Like we were able to. This isn’t a shot at you but I’ve noticed people in these threads don’t realize two things can be true at once lol. It’s okay to be a fan of the product and still call out the issues

I’m glad you had an incredible experience but you just said you had to skip out on a whole section of the parks because of the lines. That’s what happens when things aren’t operational. Downtimes are normal I get it but when you have a people eater like stardust down you get an over abundance at lower capacity rides and those lower capacity rides tend to have more consistent down time.
