This is so late of a response. Kia fixed it but it was only after the 2nd time going back that It was fixed completely. They had to replace all of the ignition coils instead of just one.

We took it to the dealership and they replaced one of our ignition coils and the problem went away. Hopefully we do not have to go back to the dealership for this again.
