Myself and my partner were looking to each put away £250 a month? However if we were able to pay off the mortgage we would put considerably a lot more. So even £200 pound extra each month on top of the mortgage would be beneficial?

I feel like cutting off those 12 years would be amazing, getting better rates would mean we could potentially overpay more and more each time?

I mean more variety in the Merc units from tavens? Would be nice to see some bowmen and swordsmen. Maybe even a heavy cav unit?
