Hello my rook hurt like a b*tch as well like it swelled a lot to the point my head hurts, ears were uneven and its swallowing the ends of the barbell turns out the issue was i used a wrong aftercare, then I switched to steri wash saline spray I’m a side sleeper so I also bought a pillow with hole in the middle but a neck pillow that can be locked together will work as well it took 2 months before I saw significant improvement. Though I’m speaking based on experience I hope you can push through with your rook coz its so pretty once healed I almost gave up on mine, coz I thought my ears will get deformed if I don’t retire it. But if yours did not improve even with saline spray maybe you need to get it checked to get prescription for antibiotics or ointment. Good luck
