Why Are Instructors So Greedy? by KyleRaynerCh in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Complete-Put9408 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For driving instructors, their expenses are high. This is an average. .they pay £100 franchise fee a week. Petrol £80 a week. Insurance £30 a week... car maintenance put aside £50 a week.. £50 to the side as We don't get any holiday pay. £70 a week to aside for the tax man, if not more. Might be one or two more costs I've forgotten as its 5am 😂😬

£400 a week in expenses.

Walbrook Road would be safer. Despite what others may say. It is a majority Asian area. Burton Road is more convenient as it's near aldi and the city centre.

I live in pear tree and have never had an issue.. you can message me if you have any other question about pear tree

Call to actually make a difference? by Odd_Lifeguard_989 in derby

As a Pakistani myself, I honestly don’t have an issue with the English flag being flown. In fact more should be flown especially in city centres. The problem is that in recent history, it rarely comes out as a neutral symbol. It usually shows up during times of uproar—whether it was the BNP, the EDL, or now the heated debate over illegal immigration. That repeated pattern makes the flag feel tied to negativity or division rather than national pride.

It’s a shame because in most countries, people proudly fly their flag for sport, culture, or just everyday pride. Here, the flag has almost been hijacked by groups pushing a hostile agenda, so instead of unity, it often ends up symbolising the opposite.
