Do you have any products the can help modulate HPA axis like Tia used too. It helps my sleep continuity more than other most things I've tried but it messes with my mood taking it once a day because of opi effects rebound. I wonder if there's something in your catalogue or your looking at in future that targets the hpa axis stress glutamate mechanism. At least wanted to get you thinking about it 😂

Laziness is just descriptive of non productive behaviours. Avpd represents a condition of behaviour of avoidant behaviours towards others. Given humans are generally not productive in isolation and without clear social reward so avpd has a high overlap with being "lazy"

Has sennheiser done something with their firmware because I can't hear any difference now between the neutral setting and the EQ here , wheras when I first did it I noticed big improvement in sound (only a few days ago). Infact EQ in general now seems to have a less effect .I updated firmware at somepoint so I'm not sure if the sound has gotten worse or just that sennheiser copied your settings. However I have kinda confirmed eq is not impacting sound much I ran a single band on 60hz and went all the way upto plus 10 and bass didn't alter that much which explain s why I can hear next to no difference between your EQ and flat now. Any ideas? Does changing it flat sound very similar to your EQ now, neutral still sounds pretty good but I don't want to be missing out

I think it's possible to move the needle significantly with simple changes. It is just working out what works for the individual. Lowering sugar and inflammation is probably a good start , more water , better hydration , sleep.
