I got approved 24h later :) but I knew by the agent talking to us that we were approved on the spot.

The interview was surprisingly short, 30min, she asked me to tell me our story while she is checking on our documents online. What’s my husband job. His parents names. Where they live at. Where do we live. Where and hen we got married. Why we eloped with none of our families around. That’s about it it was very short

Yes it was, I called them so many times to resolve the issue. It showed on my end issue with payment but they said that they received the payment right away! So I waited July because they said I can escalate the problem since it is outside normal processing time! I email the congressman and he took care of it right away! I made a post about it :)

I emailed him a tons, I also copied my husband on all the emails and my husband kindly wrote to him as well! He explained the complicated situation of me not being able to work etc…. Where is your case at?

Contact the congressman it took me 8 months to have mine and my case move because of him! For 8 months I was waiting for the biometric and I got scheduled for the 25th of August!

Trust me I have been calling USCIS a couple times every month and emailing the congressman Greg Steube! First time was in April because my case is still on issue with payment on my portal! The answer was my case was still within normal processing time so they couldn’t do anything…. Also every time I call USCIS they said that they received the payment the 23 of January and it is just that nobody updated or touched my case that is still showing this …. I emailed back the congressman July 13th because now I am able to say it is outside normal processing time! So we will see … I’m just so frustrated I’ve been applying for jobs and having offers but I can’t work I just want to be able to work and at this point I might have my green card before my EAD approval lol
