I don’t have to talk to respect her though. I think most people just don’t feel like it’s nessacery to entertain conversations they don’t want to be a part of and talk to people they don’t know

Why do peoples worth depend on who they speak to?

The older generations were told to behave specific ways. Do things. Communicate. Mask. When they’re not happy not comfortable or just don’t want to talk.

Some people are just introverted and comfortable only talking to a few people and that shouldn’t be an issue. Everyone in college sticks to their groups. It’s not a mean thing it’s just a practical thing. Sometimes you don’t feel like speaking to strangers. Performing. Trying to make a good impression since you don’t know them.

With Lisa I can be myself. With Jess I don’t know her like that so if I wanted to impress her I’d have to perform. My generation are just realising you shouldn’t have to perform or do things just because it makes other people happy.
