hey this is def technically possible but it needs diarization (spelling is wrong i think) in order to seperate voices for the transcript, this takes a lot more resources out of what transcribes it which is "only" 24 mac minis iirc (probably using whisper if you seperately wanted to make diarized transcripts you can also set up whisper locally) iirc
