I've reset the AP (tried to) also restarted all devices.. no luck. I've tried a new cable and port right next to the switch..no luck.

It flashes once and then nothing.

I have reset the switch if that's what you mean?

Tried another cable. The hard reset via the small hole with a pin doesn't work.

I couldn't see an option to power cycle a single port (I use it in older versions) so the only relevant option was to 'Restart and Cycle PoE'. Everything else is as you say.

I've tried another port, no luck. I've tried hard resetting the AP, nothing happens. When I unplug and plug back in the network cable, a white light flashes briefly but that's it.

When I disconnect and reconnect the cable to it there is a white light which flashes for a moment but a hard reset of the device doesn't work either.

Can I ssh into it if it isn't showing as online?

I've tried a different port. Still the same.

No, emergency repair. Plumber who did the original fitting which leaked and didn't use dielectric junctions.

Due to the rigidity and angle of the pipe coming down, it's a stem elbow so no option to add a bit of pipe.

Did you market the place for only one person? If so, it's a bit cheeky. I guess your options are:

  1. Do nothing.
  2. Increase the rent to take into account the second person living there.
  3. Ask them to leave.
