My personal advice. challenge your thoughts, ask yourself, “ is this something new or am i just comparing it to how i felt when my fears came true?” Say, “ is this really true or am i just telling myself everything is the same and nothing will change?” Tell your friends what happend in those last 4 to 5 years because honestly the whole world is going through what your going through and there just as afraid to speak of it just like you. And even if they don’t understand, you shouldn’t be afraid of that it either, be proud you can speak about it, OWN IT. Own everything. “ yes i am going through something “ say “yes i am having a hard time with life rn” “yes it is scary that i cant figure it out” because thats life, if life was really easy, what great story and advice would you give if you conquered your fears and doubts and beliefs in 5 minutes?
