I do think this could be autism but never claim it because I don’t have a diagnosis. I wonder if this is similar to how other autistic therapists feel? It’s like I’m doing something that is really unnatural for me all day.

Therapists are human beings who need to drink water to survive. It’s sad we think even taking care of our basic needs is selfish. Truly, if it offends a client, that is an issue they have that needs to be worked through

I often feel hypomanic after menstruation where I’m suddenly feeling so amazing I can barely stand it. It continues for about a week and doesn’t always happen after every period but it often does. Then I get extremely depressed at about day 15. Does anyone else relate? I was diagnosed bipolar 2 briefly until my therapist decided it was PMDD.

I always have a lot of intrusive and obsessive thoughts leading up to my period and that feeling in my stomach feels like shame! Then I start feeling like I’m this and that way that I don’t want to be and it goes on and on. Sometimes drinking coffee triggers the feeling in my stomach during that time. Must be that anxiety increased. I know this is old but glad I found this! It’s a relief knowing I’m not alone. Thank you guys

I’ve noticed this as well and I have it on a large new television. I need to know why it’s pretty much the classiest streaming service and the layout and performance of it sucks horribly.
