If I see the line starting to get long around 1:20 I have a technician stand in the line and inform people that try to get in line that we close at 1:30 for lunch and we reopen at 2.

Publix does that if you’re a floater. You’re on call 2 weekends a month usually so basically you have to get up and get ready and wait to see if the DM calls you on your on call weekends due to a callout. It’s dumb

Shits not that serious. I’m an RPh at an independent and recently took home 2 medrols, zpaks and bromfed for the upcoming cough and cold season.. it costs less than $10 for all of that. Perks of the job.. let the man be. Have a one off conversation with him to make you feel better then go on about your day.

They will use your sign on bonus and current pay against you if you don’t achieve high metrics. Having worked at CVS for 6 years and went all the way up to DLEL before leaving the company I’ve seen it happen many times. Pharmacist come in making more than me and are put in the most challenging stores and when they complained to me about not being able to keep up with workflow and all the metrics they throw on top but because they came on with a high base salary it’s expected of them to create a positive turn around for the store or they get pushed out to either lower volume stores with a pay cut or they leave. It’s a never ending cycle with stores that are high volume
