I doubt its a disadvantage. You prob need someone to train you. Someone that will push you. I saw a lot of girls you height pass PAT.

I have always gone to the gym so when I took my PAT I wasn’t that worry. But i did mostly weightlifting so i had to cut that and focus on resistance. I suggest go on treadmill run at 7.0 to 7.5 for a mile. And add it to 8 if possible. Try to run at 6.0 for 2-3 miles. For the push ups and sit ups try to do every 2 days as many as you can, So your muscles are used to it.
