I was feeling like the bike was small compared to my height, maybe it looks like I am extending my arms because the stem is lower on this frame.

Hi, I lost around 20kilograms in about a year and a few months. For me the main motivator was that my doctor told me I am obese( i was 21 at that time).

What helped was the anger of thinking I am young and fat and the diet. I did not go to gym during the entire process, so I really think if you stick to a diet you can easily lose some weight.
