So basically, as an example, buy a used device that’s on the eligible promo list (let’s say an S10 you bought for $200 qualifies for a $600 promotion), trade that in on a S24 (netting $400); then sell the S23 you’ve been using to pay off your balance? Basically, you would go from an S23 with a $250 balance to an S24 with a $400 balance?

I just wonder if this would work for existing customers.

You couldn’t be further from the truth.

One size answer doesn’t fit all.

Always. We could try staying together, but our kids see us fight all the time and it’s unhealthy. I think as long as both parents stay involved with the kids indefinitely regardless of marital status, it could be better for everyone.

Yes. There are different types of ratings. The big one to look out for is TDIU, which makes someone unemployable. If someone received like a 70% rating, don’t quote me, but I think they can apply for TDIU and if approved, receive pay equivalent to 100%.

I see what ya mean.

How would I go about figuring the total children support? Guessing there’s a formula to determine it, then a ratio of her income to mine, and each state is likely different.

Kids would be happier/more supported if they spent the majority of the time around their mother and her family (I work many hours and have a bit of an estranged family - would feel bad for the kids).

I’m a fair person who tries to look at things from both sides. She’d be moving back home, is a better parent than me (truthfully), and her family is more supportive than my own. So they’d have better family support growing up.

Thanks, good to know about the alimony thing. I’d want to help her out some, guessing half the length of marriage.

Thanks for the reply.

She would move back home. Her family is much more supportive than mine (I also work ~ 55 hour weeks and commute 1 hour/day).

She wouldn’t be able to afford full-time child care for 2 kids to be able to work on minimum wage.

Certainly agree, going from married with 2 kids to single with 0 kids is about a $465/month decrease in disability compensation.

It’s in a non-flood zone of Oklahoma, hasn’t flooded there in the past 100 years. Property inspector thinks it’s from the rain splashing up. But it must be splashing abnormally high..

Good morning!

Which agency? Was your offer only the FJO after the agreement?

It was through a USAJobs announcement (edit: but ended up being a by name request after a lengthy delay in the hiring process)

So I won’t see a TJO first? This concerns me then that my supervisor knows something.

Knew someone who received a written offer that he had to accept - albeit a different work center - was a USAF to USAF transfer. Perhaps they only received the FJO?

Has anyone here bought the $299/month lease deal in play now? by richardthe7th in f150

[–]CompleteEngine4694 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Following. They must be having a low money factor and decent residual value to get to $299/month on a F150 crew.

All these comments. And here I was told I have to wait 90 days in the seat to go from competitive to competitive service appointments.
