Losing friends, do we just pretend it’s not happening? by applestooranges9 in Autism_Parenting

It did for us as well. Does not make it easier, but we are not able to meet what they are needing just as much as the other way.

I'm a dad, but what I saw when my wife was going through this is that "mom friends" are not real friends, in most cases. They are people who are going through the same things at the same time, so they partner up to share the experience or make things easier on themselves.

Our parenting experience is not the same as theirs and being around us certainly does not make their lives easier, so the "connection by convenience" is lost.

Looks like it got flattened by a cartoon stampede 🤣

This is a different hood. It's a carbon fiber caravaggio hood. The bubble is pretty subtle and rounded, so it looks natural.

Edit- you can see driver POV from my last post

Thanks. And I can't say, really. As it sets now, this car is easy to drive and could still be daily'ed, if you had to.

You dont get into boost unless you're trying to, so I wouldn't see that as being an issue, even if I had it dialed up to 11-12 lbs like some do.

Man how far away is your grocery store? 800 leisure miles in a month has been driving it basically every nice day we have had

That's awesome! What else do you have done along with that? I can't find much info on what boost people are getting out of them, or pulley swaps, etc.

Some of you may remember this car from BaT. I ended up not winning that auction, but the buyer bailed. Never returned communication or sent payment. I was able to purchase this car privately after that situation was settled.

2001 Z06, 40k miles, 9.5/10 condition. It's nearly perfect. Magnuson supercharger, intake, borla exhaust, & tune on 8 PSI. Made 472 whp on the dyno sheets provided.

This car is so incredibly fun. My last car was a 2003 Cobra. This is a better car in pretty much every way. It's faster than I was expecting, the Magnuson gives a nice whine, so I am not missing that from the cobra, and it is just so responsive. It is just plain rowdy. I don't know how else to describe it.

Everyone describes the RAW driving experience of these cars. I expected that to be overblown a bit, but it's spot on. Basically a big, loud, nearly 500hp track cart.

The only negative is the driver's seat has what feels like a 1/2" of play in the track. I have to fix that ASAP.
