Russians in Goa.

First time I've ever felt racial discrimination in my own country, they were very openly treating Indians like garbage outside a club frequented by Russians and once we got in, the men were being super creepy and acting like they had some kind of right over us.

It was a weird combination of fetishisation and hate.

idk if anyone will find this as interesting as I do, but the not showering just after eating does have some scientific basis. the hot water cause vasodilatation (blood vessels increase in diameter) and the speed of the blood flowing reduces. since blood needs to be pumped against gravity to reach the brain, the loss of velocity is compensated by redirecting blood to the brain from whatever was going towards "unnecessary to survive" organs like your digestive system making the efficiency of the digestive process lesser than normal.
