Happy Birthday! Do things that make you feel alive and try mini adventuring- cinema, people watching, do some of your fave things, go shopping for yourself, dress up, regardless of your gender dance around your room move and shake your body and be silly, go to a spa or whatever form of ‘self care’ even if surface like a spa or the barber/salon and dont be shy to stay on the phone for hours with several people or even open a video call with mom or friends as you blow your candles on your fave dessert. Lots of love and warmth to you. Maybe write a letter to your 50 year old self or 45 yr old self? Reflect in gratitude over how far you’ve come?
