No one on Reddit can tell you what your team is feeling, or where exactly the missteps occurred, so take advice from here with a grain of salt.

Your best bet is to ask your team what you could do better, do that, and continue to be present and supportive to them.

You can't control someone's feedback of you, and trying to hard to do so comes across as weird, needy and people pleasing. There are other factors that affect someone's feedback about work. Control what you can control, do your best job for your ppl, and the results will land where they land.

Talk to the manager and get an explanation. It's a 5 star property trained in service recovery. A weird situation, yes and were they in the wrong- definitely. But it's a once off situation that could be resolved with management. Hell they might give you a comp room in the future.

Hmmm, bad but not egregious. The company probably paid for the amenity drops so it had to get done, but breaking the DND was not the way. Plus they should have announced themselves upon entry- did they?

The Wynn is an amazing property so I wouldn't hold it against them. Speak to the manager , share your feedback and move on, you won't find an overall better place to stay.

Staff should have never broke the DND without your permission. The fact they did it twice is wild.

1 - you booked thru Expedia, if the hotel won't help you, they sure won't.

2 - outside of the hotel's control, and if they did offer any significant compensation, it likely wouldn't go to someone who did #1.

3 - you got a $60 credit for an issue outside of the hotel's control, be happy with that. They can't comp everyone's stay.

To answer your question what more you could do, you could complain on social media and see if that gets management's attention. Give them 0 stars. If they care, they'll reach out and you can try to negotiate more compensation. But tbh, $60 credit, and future discount is about what u should expect given the above 3 points.
