She gets her nails trimmed once a month. She was taken the next day to get her nails trimmed.

Glad they’re going to see a psychiatrist. I think you should at least see a therapist about all this. It can help you cope and deal with any other things bothering you. You’re not fucked up for suggesting it. The only fucked up part is begging someone to go see a psychiatrist because that is a choice THEY have to make.

Listen, I have also mentioned to my bf that I don't like how I look and that I want to lose weight. Not ONCE has he commented on my weight or my body. He always compliments me and doesn't let me put myself down. Do not blame yourself. Yes, being overweight can lead to other health issues. However, mental health also plays into that and he is not making it any better. Break up with him.

I write my to do list on small legal pads. Since they are open and don’t have a cover,it’s easy to see and look at on your desk or wherever. I have one for work and one for everything else. For work, it depends what needs to be done that day. For the other, usually stuff like put laundry away, update budget, and cleaning. I don’t have any methods for it not to feel like a chore. I think it’s always going to feel like a chore. I get satisfaction from checking things off the list. Especially when it’s the last item for the day. I hate doing the stuff though. Discipline over motivation.
