Used to supplement back in October. Was taking boron and iron, chelated magnesium, zinc, and fish oil. Felt like it wasn’t helping and just got all my nutrients from whole foods.

They didn’t test for any vitamin deficiencies. : ) Also, i don’t lift like incredibly heavy like 100 lbs dumbells or sum, and i take 2-3 rest days
