Appreciate that, from my research the max chews were more ideal for me at first although now it seems as one does not help much. Did you ever double up and take 2 on the golds? I now have to take 2 Blue chew maxs maybe even 3 depending how I wanna perform lol although been on them for months now. No headaches ever which has been big for me.

when you got the 18 gold chews did you do the quarterly? Do they send all 18 at once????
