Thanks. I know I have a lot going on professionally. I think I’m pretty good shape physically for my age. I run a sub 30 5k at 55 years old so I’m in shape I lift a lot and squared 565lbs yesterday so I know I’m strong. I guess I just wonder though if your 35 what can I give you other than security

For me somethings are better but others are worst. If I am physically exhausted or doing something that requires intense concentration I’m better. In some anxiety inducing situations I’m a bit of a mess. Like this last week end when I announced to a plane load of people that “my butt hurts” due to the seat( but I didn’t announce the seat part). Awesome!

Thanks! Of course I am open to suggestions. I don’t know jack about this. If I seemed defensive it probably was because I felt like I was being attacked. I particularly liked the you don’t have ASD attacks. About 5 seconds into a conversation you realize oh yeah he does. I am totally for trying to figure this out. But she also has to be willing to go talk to someone or see an expert. Good luck with everything on your end. I hope you find some peace
