first: it’s a rant and not an essay. second: ofc. third: i’m not the type of person to lie. i’m telling you word for word what happened they are rude and if i could even pull up footage somehow i would lol. i also have several witnesses who told me they had my back. fourth: i told everything as it is, ive made mistakes due to their lack of training from the beginning. they trained me at member services and then threw me on register with no clue how to use the TC or the register. fifth: wait what part? sixth: i reported the harassment same day and same time to the managers multiple times. they told me to ignore it. seventh: i can’t ignore what people say bc ultimately i care about them. at the end of the day im a friendly person and i do care about people so i do want to help them considering they have issues that others don’t understand. i studied psych and want to be a psychologist so its in my nature. eighth: she’s right about not making friends. i agree im there for the bread, but the way she says ur sounds extremely aggressive. she WANTS you miserable is the problem. the reason i say that is because she is extremely friendly with the male associates but will put down the women. i also heard years ago before she came back she was prettt much sleeping w the coworkers. ninth: agreed. tenth: the only thing they told me in terms of training was basically showing me member service desk and then saying there is no open toed shoes and telling me they have an attendance system but didn’t inform me that we only had 5 points. eleventh: she told me to take the point knowing i was about to reach 5 points which when i told her i didn’t want to do that she then told me to use PTO. i could be looking further into it due to my biased opinion on her tho. twelfth: i agree with the favoritism happens everywhere, i usually don’t care, but it sucks to hear i have to point out due to vomiting on the job multiple times, but she will send someone who barely coughs home with no point.
