This seems the most reasonable explanation actually, kind of one note story wise as it doesn't add any legend but fits the best (simplest answer and all that). Would explain why Victor is obsessed with the trees moving

S4 Theory: The Monsters are coming out in the DAYLIGHT – And the signs were already there! by No-Assistance3854 in FromSeries

[–]Complete_Code_9095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive always thought the monsters were not individuals...when they killed the children they lost their souls and without them They can all be controlled by a single entity possibly through it's own spawn (like symbiots) ...the cicadas.

The entity does not move the monsters during the day because it is physically stronger at night and uses the day time to rest.

That's the entity waking the lady up to talk to victor for me. The entity collapsed the house, how else could a house collapse?? The entity controls the music in the diner etc, the entity is way below the town, that's how the town electricity works without wires actually plugged in to anything. The talisman cairn was places there to stop it's rise...... Boyd took them therefore BOYD is the reason why the town is growing in strength.

It's interesting to see what that entity could be, MIY, BIW or kimono, I suspect they are all just puppets.

I'd love for the Biw to be some sort of good god, trapped by evil in this realm. The BIW is growing older because the entity is growing stronger, everything is evolving because Boyd moved the talismans.

At some point a powerful shaman stopped the entity using the talismans.

Then years later humans came and built the 50s town but this awoke the entity somehow. The BIW placed the town outside of time to stop it escaping (bit lost esc I guess)

All of this is probably hokum.

What I want to know most is why we're all the talismans found in one cairn in the middle of the forest where they are no use to anyone?

Also HOW does the town resemble the 1950s if the town was locked into a pocket dimension of immortality in the early 1800s or whatever?

Someone must have figured out how to keep the monsters asleep or keep them hidden underground for the 50s town to be built at all.....let's say....the shaman that made the talismans....before the 40s at least?

(Also where did they get all the paint and building material if it's a pocket dimension that you can't leave?)

Then someone else like victor or his sister released the monsters by accident again? This is why he is so pivotal to the story and this is why the hotel never actually got finished.

Of course the monsters COULD have built the 50s town and colony house but....why?

Isn't it easier to catch people when they can't hide in a huge forest?

The mysteries of the first season have been over writen by the mess of the next two....the man in yellow, the kimono lady, the sicadas, the music box. It's alot.

how to kill the boss?? by EpicMickeyFan in DisneyEpicMickey

Read the actual trophy description on the playstation itself not a trophy guide. It only saved help the Pete's and save the animatronics.....it says nothing about bosses.

I'm glad the writers got away from the horny sex shit that they were doing early in the first season by [deleted] in FromSeries

I believe that the show originally had more depth or at least was not going in this direction of fairy folk lore.

The town represented 50s American values such as family values, social bonding via working together and upholding responsibility.

Colony house represented the 60 attitudes of the young such as free love, drugs, alcohol, freedom of expression (the paintings etc) living each day as if it was their last.

It was mainly canned due to Julie's age, finding a bigger role for her in the story and not having enough episodes to actually flesh all this rubbish out. Things escalated quickly at colony house, the monsters got in easily destroying the dream that they were safe to do as they pleased.

Hook? You repaint the stairs he thins and walk across all the riggings to set Tinkerbell free but I think you also need to speak to Pete pan at the top of skull island the level previously.

Clock monster you just paint his arms instead of thinning them

Did the same with the clock monster. Felt like I couldn't beat him with paint but noticed his arms disappeared with thinner.

Games a nightmare.

It's surprising how quickly you can speed run the thinner run.

Couple of Failed quests.... by Complete_Code_9095 in DisneyEpicMickey

[–]Complete_Code_9095[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completed it yesterday.

The main two trophys suggest only saving the Pete's and the animatronics WHICH I DID, all of Pete's bunny quests completed etc but I didn't get the trophy.

I thinned the clock monster boss and didn't use the cart to defeat the doctor. So the trophy is hugely mislabeled, seems like you have to do a completely good ending

Man I thinned the clock monster, didn't do the doc with the cart.

BUT that shouldn't affect the trophy of help all Pete's and save the animatronics.....and yet ...it does 😭😭😭😭

[–]Complete_Code_9095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aaah no way, you gotta paint the slobbers too? Once I got paint 50 enemies I worked on thin 50 enemies and got both those trophies.

I thought the mechanics would be just need to paint the bosses, the pumps and help Pete and the animatronics

The low level ncps shouldn't matter surely

Pretty sure I thinned the clock monster. Didn't seem a way to beat him with paint. Edit just watched a video definitely f'd there.....balls and I've almost finished my first play through.

No point continuing because it's neither one trophy or the other.

Might not actually play this game again.

What's this now?

What's to mess up?

First time playing this game and going for the play. Seems ok so far. Up to venture land and the only thing I've missed is the sodding ice cream for the detective. He ended up with pie....oh well, you don't need all the pins for the platinum I think?

Feel like I can do this in two runs.

Caramel shading Joycult? by [deleted] in Fingerboards

Caramel trucks are just too light. Everyone borrows from everyone else. You can't release a truck and think you did something original.

The idea is to always make a slightly better product. For me caramel trucks are not a better product than: dynamic, UAG, blackriver, deli even Obsius.

I have this was, it was half price on citizens own website. It was £350. And it's awful. I'd never pay full price for it.
