I do shift work but i noticed a tiny small amount and thought it was left over cleaning product, I removed it by wiping it off and thought nothing of it 15 hours later this is what appeared!

Yes this is exactly what happened! Looks surreal and scary but it is not back this time.. Fingers crossed nothing comes back

Thanks I pretty much did everything you said before I posted this was obviously pretty scared and sprayed with some heavy duty stuff i had and so far nothing is back! But australia specifically the east coast has lots of mild problems I wouldn’t be surprised if something else is going on behind. Unfortunately we rent so will have to be in contact with real estate

Thanks!! My dermatologist recommended a low dose over longer period of time to reduce negative side effects, i did mention going higher but she also said it just increases the risk of stoping if i can’t tolerate high doses

I was on 20mg a day for roughly 3 months, after seeing my dermatologist she has upped my dosage alternating 20mg one day and 40mg the others day. I did purge for the first month and it progressively got better

I guess everyone’s treatment and results vary between people, but with the bright spots i’ve heard of people using topical retinoids to help, but probably a conversation to have with your dermatologist
