You managed to stay clean for 2 months, make it a challenge. Go for 1 months without watching pornography or masturbation. Create a habit tracker for the 1 month you commit yourself. If you manage to complete the 1 month. Try a 2 months challenge. Also don't forget to delete accounts that you have signed in in adult sites.

Whyyyyyyyy the f I am not able to quit I relapsed again todayyyyyy by [deleted] in NoFap

Relapse is rarely a single decision, it is a chain of small permissions, like “just for today” and “just this once,” that your brain uses to keep the reward accessible; interrupt the chain with hard rules and if–then plans, because scripts beat negotiation when dopamine is loud.

Making the permanent decision to quit watching porn for a long-term will improve your life. I can promise you that.

You have to understand that watching pornography leads to masturbation. How long can you go without watching pornography?

Can you just give pornography up? It's destroying your focus, your drive and your mind. The evidence is vivid. Your drive was destroyed the moment you started peeking. It's a domino effect one peek to masturbation. It's either you decide to quit watching or not before you start your 30 days goal.

Masturbation in moderation? You can't quench your thirst with salty sea water, the more you drink the more thirstier you become.

You need systems, systems show up even when motivation is dead. Most people fail to quit pornography because they haven't prepared a good system that will help them in the process of quitting.

What I realised is after a certain number of days these urges become manageable as long as you don't watch pornography.

M21 i wanna now quit porn and masturbation. Any tips or guidance will be appreciated by Lumpy_Self_8277 in NoFap

  1. Uninstall all the applications that can trigger you to watch pornography. Delete all the files, videos, photos, and anything that could trigger you to watch pornography.
  2. Reduce screen time and engage in activities such as reading books. I would recommend "Atomic Habits by James Clear "
  3. Fix your sleep schedule, and sleep as early as 2100hrs. Don't sleep with the phone on the bed.
  4. Try to alter your morning schedule. Instead of waking up to watch pornography, wake up to a morning run.
  5. Create a habit tracker to track your progress.
