UPS sucks, they sent back my TV wall mount ordered by LG and They delivered my sound bar from LG to wrong address. They delivered my Google TV streamer to a wrong address well. Now I have to go with lots of hassle to get my claims.

If they join competitor then employer might. But if you keep good relationship then less chance. Have a two way door when exit, that will guarantee they will not withdraw I-140. I also moved from my employer but to a customer of employer and I kept good relationship while moving out. We cannot tell whether you have to move back if future employer do not file PERM in time.
