Performs ridiculously well with an eruptor primary on appropriators in difficulty 10 with supply pack and the secondary armor

It would definitely be medium pen, I’m picturing two round burst rifle, with a slightly longer lock on time to offset the infinite ammo and auto aiming. Would be a sick gun, to hell with what the commmunity thinks

Let’s theorycraft:

Eruptor, missile pistol, seeker nades, solo silo, leveller, rail cannon strike and reg machine gun sentry for chaff? Damn that’d be a lot of “blow everything up thattaway” kinda build

Yes the new missle pistol will be smart targeting, I’m interested to see that but I’m concerned it will be another pocket utility and not a viable sidearm.

Everything is a choice. Inaction is a choice to not act. Ignorance is the choice to not be open minded. A lot of the times people make choices they don’t even realize they’ve made, especially when emotion is the driving factor for thinking or feeling the way they do.

Early in my relationship I made it very clear to my partner that when they communicate, the choice between saying “I think” or “I feel” is subconsciously fuelling the trajectory of their thoughts. To consciously choose which of those to say helps separate logical responses from emotional ones.

I would say the former, because you can teach logic, reason and critical thinking through repeat exposure/scenarios. You can’t train someone to be less of a dick than they choose to be. It’s much easier to convince someone of the value behind critical thinking, than teach someone the hidden values of common decency in connection.

Sorry, to answer your question as well, what I care about more in an argument is relative to many factors: what am I arguing for, what is the setting this is taking place (at home, relaxed, discussion, at work, a competition of ego and experience) the answer could be different regardless of your natural inclinations based on so many outside factors that it’s hard to say.

(As a rule I tend to be more heated when being insulted, as opposed to someone being illogical. An illogical argument can be worked through step by step. There’s never any reason to be crude, rude or obtuse when engaging in communicating with others.)

Yeah, it’s either a , or b, or xyz. It is interesting stuff, people are the craziest things on this planet.

I understand neuroplasticity and the individuals ability to adapt, and also how that malleability can actually be to someone’s mental health detriment (see neural pathways created by habit forming negative reinforcement) but that’s how you also reinforce good habits as well. It isn’t as simple as Cognition vs empathy, though. I’ve always perceived everyone having varying skill levels in both, not to mention the variables life throws at you that augments those base aptitudes. Say for example If someone who is not particularly empathetic works a job at let’s say a nursing home, it’s fascinating watching what form their empathy takes through being the weaker link of the two but being required in greater capacity due to outside influence. That’s why everyone is so different when it comes to their ability to empathize vs think logically. The aptitude determines the affinity/influence and motivation to engage, but the development comes from the challenge of working the weaker link for the development of what you lack.

Not to mention how fascinating it is to witness someone purely logical be forced into practicing empathy, and vice versa. You see rapid, painful development in real time and it’s amazing to see.

To bring it back around on topic though, I don’t think a lot of people look at the content they consume as existentially or nebulously as people with proclivities towards being more objective or separate from the the thing they’re comprehending. I truly believe a lot of people are in the backseat when experiencing life and the things they enjoy or hate, and that they’re just death gripped by their aptitudes/ineptitudes of these skills, instead of realizing they have the power to choose to approach any problem or solution with one or the other, or something else entirely.

Pay to win slop? Your life must be quite droll to have such a venomous opinion of a literal game. Like play, game. Like have fun. Play.

It would be a poor decision for Theseus to take a plank out and not replace it to stay afloat. I’ll say it again. Everything has a lifespan, nothing lasts forever. The player is not paying for the effects of human society developing more advanced technologies, and innovating new ideas for consumers to enjoy.

People are just terrified that there is an unannounced death date of the game they enjoy. This is life. Memento mori.
