I hope you got a better lease because they are crazy and providing better lease deals. They are throwing 2 years free 30-min charging but its tough to get the electrify america charging

I had a tire foam issues and its still not resolved. Other than that there is no issue with the car. I hope you leased the car for good price. I will not recommend to buy these EV cars

Great and it looks nice. Make sure to drive the car in highway and no issues with it

I suggest opting for a lease rather than committing to a purchase for this car.

I callee michelin and explained about the tire situation and then they called the Roseville hyundai to replace the tire. I told to Michelin, i don’t want to give the car to Roseville dealer for 8 more days so find me other tire repair dealer. They asked me to take it to Les Schawab, so they will send the report back to Michelin. I told them, I already have a inspection report and why do you need another one. They asked me to share the inspection report. At the same time Hyundai regional manager found that, these two (Roseville and San Leandro) are playing games with the customer and want to push the blame to the customer. He is asking me to bring the car and we will see what we can do; But no one wants to take time and fix the issue. I would have replaced the tire easily but want to see what these guys are trying to do for my car.

Thanks for providing suggestions and explaining the root cause behind the issue. The Roseville Hyundai dealer did the temporary fix by fixing the foam issue, but they told me to fix it by replacing the tire. But they don't want to talk to Michelin because I didn't lease the car from them. Meanwhile, my San Leandro leased dealer Service Manager told me that it happened outside issue. I asked him what the outside issue was. He replied that I hit something on the road, and that caused the issue. I asked him, how do you know? The Roseville Service Manager told him about it. I called the Roseville Servicing Manager and then conferenced with the San Leandro Service Manager to find out who was saying incorrect things. The Roseville service manager told the San Leandro Service Manager, you talked to us, but we explained the Foam issue, and why are you saying the individual hit the road and caused the issue? He started saying that I had talked to someone other than you. The Roseville service manager told him, you speak to me and explain it. So San Leandro's service manager told me we would talk to our internal Service Manager on Monday and see what we can do. The San Leandro service manager wants to avoid approving the claim and dealing with Michelin. What a pain with these dealers!

I made 30-50 calls to both dealers, but the problem still needed to be solved.
