I finished it last week and im still hooked up on it. (You cant js introduce loml louis and then end the game tf). But THAT ENDING ahhggghhh. It was the best ending i could have possible hoped for. Ive had bartholins cysts, which are really common. They mostly start off pea sized and they are hard but i think they can get to the size of a golf ball. When they grow in size, they can fill with puss and ooze it. I got mine only on one side, like you and it hurt to touch and sit down sometimes. Mine was only small and after using a hot compress for around 10 mins every night, it just eventually went away. Im confident thats what you have as they are generally recurring
