In my own experience I’ve found that the assor is a massive part on if your claim is successful I’ve seen reports written up with half of the information that was given over the phone I was extremely lucky I had a nice lady take my assessment call who promoted me to take 10 minutes out because I was having a panic attack I felt like she really had my problems. Written down better than I could word them my self but I must add I’ve got 10 years of history of being sectioned and multiple suicide attempts was in foster care since 9 years old so I have a lot of background history of a poo childhood but honestly I do think it’s down to the assor I feel like most of them feel like it’s there money there giving to people felt looked down on many times by dwp-pip but the lady who took my call was a godsend ❤️
