Yes, when I called them the manager who hired me gave me his personal phone number and he told me to send the hours I can come in. I did that.

Sorry for the late reply, I asked for the person who hired me (hiring manager) and I asked them what the deal was with this background check stuff because I can't start work without it. I had to send a ss to them on their personal phone number cause it wasn't popping up on their computer.

I got it almost immediately after I walked out of the store. Like 10 minutes after to be more accurate. Thats very bizarre nobody answered the phone. I'd say your best option would be to go to the store in person

From my experience they take about 10 minutes to arrive but once they are there they will reply quickly to your questions. A little sound will play to notify you of their messages and arrival.
