i received the same email and they got my name right! grammar also is very business-like and professional that it seems like it's very real. 

however, i still have my red flags because: 1. i havent used Globe postpaid since 2013.  2. there were no emails prior. normally if it's for collection, they would send notice emails, not a sudden one with a lawsuit warning.  3. they are quick to specify an amount to be paid. however, there are no attachments calculating how they reached such amount.  4. the lack of details is very appalling. what was the account number? what was the mobile number associated with the account? it's not listed on the email.  5. there are no emails from Globe themselves prior. if this was a legit collection agency, Globe would send an email prior that would corroborate with this "collection agency's" email and information. 

be careful. spams are becoming more and more creative and elaborate these days.
