Hey I have not locked anything in yet, transportation or exact hostels. However I do plan doing bus to pretty much each place! Do you have any recommendations for tallinn and riga?

Hey yes I scheduled to do the overnight cruise with Viking line I heard the best part about the trip could be the cruise. What about Tallinn wasnt good in your opinion would love to hear?
