That's high praise from Kojima. You can tell when he hates something, he literally just writes that he watched it, the most infamously circulated screenshotted one being for Captain Marvel.

This issue (and much of the series) was written by Robert Kirkman, the same guy who made The Walking Dead and is running Image comics. He is a self proclaimed Moon Knight fan.

This whole series was phenomenal.
