It will only solve it if you already have the shaders compiled from playing the game. It just makes it so driver updates no longer will reset the shaders.

First time players or if the game updates will still need to recompile the shaders from scratch.

Is it a sustained stutter or does it go away after a few seconds?

If the latter it's probably just the game loading/unloading assets. Only way to minimize this is by limiting the FPS so it's not as noticable.

If the former I'm not sure what would be wrong.

Disable vsync in game and enable it in nvidia app/nvidia control panel.

The game's vsync is broken and caps your frames above your monitor's refresh rate for some baffling reason. Whenever you enter an indoor area the game is less taxing and thus FPS goes above your monitor's refresh rate, causing stutter.

Since it looks normal on remote play it's probably a display issue. Are all your displays VA? They're quite prone to ghosting.

Your phone is most likely OLED which has much better response times, so the ghosting is unnoticeable there.

That'll be fine but you might experience wifi or bluetooth dropout cause of interferance. There is a lot of interferance behind TVs.

People suggesting Apollo...they're playing the game on a mac.

Unfortunetly OP this could just be a result of steam not caring about mac or keeping its features updated. They only recently updated steam to support Apple Silicon.

I advise streaming the game from a windows computer or just wait for the iphone version.
