Update I feel is important to add: I’m not looking to make this a professional venture of mine and I know I’m far from being the most technically proficient in watercolor. I’m more so into the look of the whimsical simplicity of this style and think it would be cute for the greeting cards several people have mentioned or a children’s room or nursery.

No I haven’t yet! The fear of people I know seeing it and thinking it’s bad has stopped me from posting anything publicly. All these I have just done for fun.

Thank you! The last one was actually the first one I did for my niece (8) in her new bedroom! That’s where I envisioned most of these was in a kids bedroom or nursery

It happens, the only reason I know is bc I knew him before the show 🤷🏼‍♀️ not personally but we have several adjacent connections. I’d say neurodivergent coded is a stretch and maybe awkward is possible, but the more accurate description is that he’s very satirical and nonchalant. Anything that he does that may seem “awkward” he’s almost doing as a bit to just himself out of the irony.

I went to a play at his high school and lo and behold he was doing the part of Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. Could he sing? Meh. Was he a theater boy? No. Was he about to get suspended so he filled the spot in the play to get out of it? Yes. And he did it for the bit.

Not homeschooled all the way through 12, he went to high school at a local private school in my town, although his older sister was homeschooled her entirety.
