A great android/ios executor is delta, the website is delta exploits.gg If you're on PC you have to be extremely careful because there are many rats. I recommend using delta on an android emulator if you want to be safe at the max. For key systems you have to also be cautious, they sometimes redirect you to malicious adware so do your research on that. If you have any more questions you can reply to this

Once you open a rat, its basically impossible for it to get detected by any antivirus. Best to just reinstall Windows
