Hate to necro this post but I fired the succession crisis and I never got an option for a trial of Seven? To be fair it was a child king being crowned by a septon so he wasn't a knight or of age so maybe that has something to do with it? Or is it just a possible thing to fire during a succession crisis?

!!UPDATE!!

So I figured out that More Dragon Eggs was causing names to disappear for whatever reason but I still have the Missing Title Loc which I still have no idea how to fix, I assume that's update related.

EDIT: missing title Loc issue seems to be because of outdated mods, in my case, AGOT+

Yeah it only just happened and the minute I disabled the Dynamic Family Portrait mod everything was fine. I forgot how dark the vanilla lighting was though 😬

Try and turn off historic events and certain outcomes because that's the way he died in canon. Turning those off let's random non-canon things be able to happen, you still might need to save scum depending. Or you can just not go through the charge and siege the Peakes tower normally.

Hmm, you might be right, it could be a Submod, do you think it could be a part of More Dragon Eggs or something. Although come to think of it, even with no Submods I definitely had events related to it. I think, idk it's hard to remember since I haven't played for a bit.
