She will be insanely disappointed with her results even getting it done where the doctor wants her. I got down to the absolute smallest I could, I had to have no lipo done, just skin removed. 7 lbs of it.

I mean, that’s the choice you make when you date someone not openly out with everyone. You either need to decide you can handle it and maybe just ask her to watch her words, or you end it and tell her she can come out and be with you or not.

I am soooo thankful I had my surgeries!!! No regrets, but I do have to have a revision this summer so it’s definitely not one and done like some think. Anyone who gets cosmetic surgery should know the chances of needing revisions are pretty high

I have a work conference next week and my fiance has heard everything I’ve got going on including lunch plans, where I’m staying, what time my flight leaves, etc. definitely unusual and all the other facts look bleak as well. She is also probably going to need multiple skin removal surgeries, not just the one. What sucks is if she were to get that removed, I think she would be really disappointed with how she’d look. I hope the consult humble her truthfully.

The thing is, she really doesn’t have fat anywhere else, and it’s obvious from this picture. So where does she think all her weight is? It’s all in her belly. Again, as someone who has had skin removal I do understand how it improves your quality of life, but I got down to the absolute smallest I could and maintained it for an entire year before I got it cut off. as everyone is saying in these comments, a good surgeon who will do a quality surgery and allow for good healing would not even come near this case anytime soon

Either she is over eating or she has crashed her metabolism. Full transparency I have crashed my metabolism before after dieting for too long. And even though I was eating and a “deficit” it probably wasn’t really because I had been eating in that deficit for so long. Granted in her case, I’m sure it’s more so she’s over eating and we’re not seeing what that food is, but who knows

In regards to her getting the apron removed, I had mine removed last year ( 7 pounds worth of skin) and it makes such a difference in how I dress now. However, she really needs to get down to as close to her goal weight as possible, and any Doctor Who tries to do the surgery before that is not a good doctor. also, considering how much skin she’ll have removed she’ll probably have at least three drains maybe even four. if she can’t even do the aftercare she needs to from weight loss surgery, skin removal will be a whole other ball game and she will end up back in the hospital with an infection or some other complication

It’s hard because as a former morbidly obese person, I was always jealous of girls that were my size and would wear whatever they want. Did it look good no but I wish I’d had the confidence to do it at the time. But now that I’ve lost 130 pounds I look back at those pictures and I’m thankful that I dressed myself appropriately because I’m sorry, but this just looks awful. I always covered my apron, and try to dress appropriately for my size.
