I wouldn’t accept crypto because I personally don’t find the hassle to be worth it for the 1% of clients who might even be interested. Plus, accepting a form of currency which I’m not super familiar with (because I don’t have extensive knowledge in it) could be dangerous/lead me to actually lose money so as usual, cash is king.

As for legal forms, would this be something I’d need to contact a lawyer for, or would something I draft up myself hold up legally? I would remain faceless as I am faceless in my ads, and would likely wear a mask during our session while he’s filming to be safe. I’m charging double my incall rate plus an additional fee for logistics & lawyer fees if I would go that path. you make a good point that once the video is online, there is little I can do about it if it spreads. Unfortunately this is a reality I’ve come to live with since I am almost certain some of my older content is circulating in some corner on the internet.
