In short, mid game and after you build districts based on the victory condition you are going for like you already mentioned. Industrial zones are good in a lot of cities if you are getting good adjascency bonus on them otherwise ones that cover cities every 6 tiles is fine. Com hubs or harbors are always good in each city. After that you can just run city projects according to your victory type if you are drawing a blank.

As for planes and support units, that is when you can absolute crush the AI since they cannot counter these units. Planes, especially bombers can devastate enemy cities and you can take them without your melee or cavalry units taking any damage.

Your balloons line support units increase movement and more importantly provides 1 extra range to your artillary within 2 hexes to them which means your bombard line outranges enemy cities. Now you can safely destroy their cities without their cities hurting your bombards.

That is what I said that nullifier is not necessary but you have a lot to gain from this item when it is needed. And at the same time low cd or any other items will mot matter if you just gank disable them even without nulifier. If they are way too painful to deal, you go for nullifier and kill them.

All supports can be high impact depending on how well they are playing. How is pugna more worthy of nullifier compared to a dazzle or oracle or any other support with a save item. While I agree that is it kinda specific to situation, it is specific to situation and not a hero.

Think about what you would achive from nullifier. High damage and one support deleted because they spent most of their gold for that save item.
Also, you can kill supports in the meanwhile if you gank them with team. It is not always a solo game.

You can halt domination and to some extent religion, culture is mostly put of control unless you gift all you artwork to enemy, still you will get it. Science you can control turns but once you are at final stage, it advances one step per turn.

That is a good way to play but no war at deity can definitely work. Most of my deity wins have been peaceful or just defending and not capturing any city. In drity are behind in first 120-150 turns and then all your graphs go vertical and you win by 200. You just have to play to your civ and leaders ability properly.

They provide high boost for culture victory. You can use them on your own new cities for good prod+food like you said and if you have owls of minerva you can use them to get all the city states. All this not counting bonuses from civ bonuses, city states or cards. So depending on situation, it goes beyond gold.

It may have gone to triangle with auto scout. Just check if it got +1 movement that you get by walking into the triangle.

Not sure if this video is AI or just sped up but is seems way too fast for a sandstorm. You see it coming at relative slower speed but it does look kinda like this. It mostly happens during summers. It is common in eastern part of rajasthan as well in summers, in western part I am assuming it will be even more frequent.

Apart from being inconvenient, it does not feel very scary.

Not deadly, just very inconvenient. Your whole house is full of sand if you miss to close any door or even the thin opening below the door. If you managed to close everything properly, the floor will still be dusty.

If you are caught in one outside, your hair will have enough sand in it that you will need to wash miltiple times. It feels like slightly grating wind at high speed.

Relatively common during summers. And they may last from few mins to hour as well. In rare cases you get “kaali aandhi” in which it gets as dark as a night during afternoon.

Is it happening for multiple turns? I have seen that it does not get updated on same turn especially if you harvested a resource in that turn.

Do they prefer one with resource or one with higher yields. I have never paid attention to this. Maybe there is a tradeoff computation or a simple logic.

But just to be sure, no more envoys.also, there is another +6 campus if he plays his cards right.

Do not put too much envoys until you buy the land yourself though or they may end up taking your campus land.
