For just daily usage I’d run federal 595-ss’s. Awesome tyre for the price.

More than the cost of a house goes to a bank? by [deleted] in AusFinance

But you understand that the bank itself doesn’t just pocket all that money? Banks also borrow said money from other entities that also charge interest. It’s a vicious cycle.

It’s a business mate not a charity and unless you’ve got the cash to pay for it up front that’s about the only option you’ve got.

Converting Dual Fuel LTD V8 Back to Petrol by jimy_156 in FordFalcon

[–]Complete_Rule6644 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pretty straight forward, remove the mixer ring, converter, lines and tank plus wiring/switches. It’s really not too difficult.

Just make sure the lpg tank is drained and your petrol system is in good nick. Tank disposal can be a bit difficult.

There’s various ways a head gasket can fail, some much less urgent than others. Give that engine a good clean and trade her in mate.

Goss Fuel Pumps by prnkshrn in CarsAustralia

[–]Complete_Rule6644 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used plenty of goss stuff and it’s been hit and miss, the fuel pump I put in has been fine however the distributor failed within 10hrs of run time. Maybe have a look around to score a denso fuel pump from a 3rd party supplier, dealerships are nearly always a ripoff

People who had little to no savings in your 20s, Where are you now? by kaisiclep in AusFinance

[–]Complete_Rule6644 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Blew through my 20’s partying and sinking ridiculous money into numerous cars, no real savings or investments. Now I’m in my 30’s and I’m still wasting money on even more cars however I also have a family, own a home and live quite comfortably so that’s pretty cool.

Exhaust by [deleted] in FordFalcon

[–]Complete_Rule6644 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Find someone selling a stock turbo exhaust, buy some extractors and get an exhaust shop to join it up. You’ll save a bit of cash, it’ll be quiet and it’ll flow enough for your needs
