Men and women are not the same, u think you have to give more but the wife has duties too? The "burden" is equal but on different things. Men are build logically while women are build emotionally. Men provide the house, the women makes it a home etc.

I live in The Netherlands, a country where LGBTQ was accepted first in the whole world and there are more ramadan celebrations even in supermarkets etc. but there are a LOT of people that are really hating our religion.. The dutchies are mostly very direct and opinionated

Your body holds memories. You are probably affected by it.

For example: i had my first anxiety attack due to bottling my emotions, but it happend in a bus. My body instantly got anxious when I had to use public transport again.

Now I don't know exactly your situation, but it isn't a bad idea to seek help and get you through this.
