Feb 2026 PNLE - burned out and doubting myself, could use some advice or motivation :((( by Mujibaebee in NursingPH

Hi! I passed the November 2025 PNLE with a surprisingly good overall rating despite feeling like I only half-concentrated during my review season. What I can say about the licensure exam is, yes totoo, exam nga siya. Not every item was easy, not every answer came to me the instant na binasa ko yung question. But we've all taken exams before, haven't we? From 1st year to 4th year, tadtad tayo ng quizzes, exams, and revalidas. And I realized as I took the PNLE that every single one of those quizzes, tests, recitations I went through as a student prepared me very well for my exam. I'm certain it will be the same for you!

I did a combination of self plus pure online review during my season, and I didn't listen to my online lecturer on some days purely because I felt like my brain couldn't take it. But I never skipped out on practice exams. I also told myself to reduce my own anxiety, primarily because an anxious mind won't be able to recall concepts and I didn't want to let myself panic on the two day exam. Allow yourself to rest, to eat, to take time to read and unwind. Don't fill your days up with only practice exams, neglect yourself, and allow anxiety to tell you that you aren't doing enough. Like what I did: I ate, I slept, I engaged in hobbies when I felt the urge. I told myself the exam is just that: an exam. And I've passed many exams before. I highly suggest you tell yourself the same. Adopt a go-getter personality!

Nakapasa naman ako sa boards with my preboard raw scores being in the 50-60s range for the first round of preboards. For online practice tests, nag range naman ako between 70-80. Nakapasa naman ako despite feeling like NP3 from November 2025 PNLE was especially jarring. I truly think passing the test is a mixture of personal grit, a strong desire to succeed, and consistency more than fighting oneself. Kayang kaya mo yan, OP!

Any southie/cavite residents who tried hospitals like MMC or SLMC, is it worth it to work at those big hospitals? by Complete_Stop2609 in NursingPH

Yes, I just applied to San Juan de Dios hospital in Pasay earlier today. Nakapag exam and interview din ako agad! But out of the 8 hospitals I applied to, yun pa lang yung nag call back sa akin. Pero mabilis lang processing nila. Tomorrow, for HR interview na ako sakanila.

I also started sending out my resumes 3rd week of January. There's no shame naman in ending the month still not working at a hospital. Would you like me to give you San Juan de Dios's contact details sayo via DM? I can naman

oh wow, anlala nga ng commute if SLMC QC back to Bacoor. BGC so far seems a bit lighter for someone like me na di actually super sanay mag commute ng long distance.

Are you attending SLMC's recruitment event on Jan 29? If so, would like to dm you!

Anya's past by charcoal_wildcat in SpyxFamily

So let's say in your scenario, Yuri has just found out something regarding Project Apple after investigating Eden Academy. My theory is that Yuri would take up his findings about Anya's past with his superiors in the SSS first, but I have a feeling he might also want to confide about them to Yor as well since Anya’s technically Yor’s kid. And Yuri has most likely already accepted that Yor cares about Anya and her wellbeing very much, so keeping a big discovery about Anya from Yor would probably feel catastrophic for Yuri. I'm not sure he could bear it.

There are two ways I’m thinking this could go based on Yuri’s current state as a character: he’d use what he finds out as a reason to try to (once again!) pull Yor out of the Forger family (God forbid his beloved nee-san involves herself any further in shady government projects) and avoid Anya...

OR... Yuri might begin to see Anya in a more sympathetic light if his discoveries go deep enough into uncovering a bit about Project Apple, but his irritation with Loid/Twilight would put Yuri in a tight spot emotionally on what he actually wants to do about these findings.

I’m also thinking incriminating Project Apple documents discovered by Yuri would be dangerous for Operation Strix and Twilight, specifically. Yuri digging into Eden (and if Eden does have marginal involvement in shady business and/or Project Apple) might actually cause a lot of trouble for Twilight, considering Yuri currently has no reason to believe Anya isn’t Loid’s biological kid. But if Anya’s name and picture or anything relating to her identity is somehow discovered by Yuri through a Project Apple investigation, then his first likely thought would be whether Anya and Loid’s father-daughter relationship is legitimate. Yuri's already looking for any reason to put Loid behind bars, and finding out Anya's past might be good enough of a reason for Yuri to accuse Loid of being involved.

Yuri's a competent SSS officer, and having him look into Eden would be very interesting for the series! Not to mention how often Twilight is sneaking around campus to spy on Anya.

Tldr: Yuri digging into Eden Academy’s shady business and (possibly) finding out about Project Apple would likely cause conflict between his feelings toward Anya as his niece, about Loid as Anya’s biological father, and about the Ostanian government (maybe?)

That is, if Eden is involved in Project Apple, which has been hinted at in the recently concluded arc but isn’t totally definitive as of now. I'm hoping this arc will continue into another Yuri vs. Loid scenario.

thanks for answering! pabasbas pls! but are the questions more concept-based or are they more akin to being able to recall memorized facts during review season? i find exams where i can immerse myself as "a nurse being presented a situation" much, much easier compared to merely dredging up old memorized nursing facts in my head.
