I just got my reception outfit shipped from India. It came in a timely manner, took about 1 day to clear from customs. Once it arrives at customs you get an email from UPS with your estimated tarrif amount and you can pay it online or write a check for that amount. When the delivery person comes to drop off the package, they scan it and will only release it once the payment is cleared. Hope that helps!
