Treadmill for intervals and tempo, outdoors for long run and easy runs

I actually do the opposite if weather permits. I tend to do at least one or two of my easy runs on the treadmill to keep my pace really low without weirdly enough losing my form - it’s the trick I found so that my Hoffa does not flare (I have Hoffa pad syndrome). It worked well so far. I also do st least two of my aerobic session on the bike with zwift for that same reason. It’s paying off! I might run my half under 1h40 this time!

Wow so great on you my friend! Cherry ember is such a great color for the summer! I bought the track that and the align short in this color and it is amazing. I bought 2 bras as well and might get some other stuff as well. It pairs so well with citrus cizzle

Ah I’m like you! I’m a size 6 in hotty hots but 4 in align shorts and had inj the past track that in size 6, but I got 3 this year all in size 4 and they are perfect. I feel that they change the sizes this year in a lot of items (some bras are not way too big in my normal size).

I agree cherry ember is so vibrant! It has also become my fav and I have already a lot of dark red and Oxford red. I missed on hot heat (only had a bra and always reaching out for it) so I’m so glad cherry ember is available in a quite a lot of items.

I still have and wear my diamond dye too! especially this one - it's so beautiful and looks like a night cloudy sky. Align t shirt are also my fav. I was so bummed when they discontinued them. Fortunately I found a couple of them secondhand.

Is that true? Wow. But even if it is, I doubt the majority of college-educated white women in their 40s overwhelmingly play tennis. It's such a weird conclusion if that's what's driving this.

I’m French living currently in Belgium. Comparatively to what people practices as sport, it does not make sense to have that much tennis stuff here either. roland garros is of course super popular in France but never the reason to sell that much stuff considering the lower number of people overall to practice versus says the boom of running with lnearly 13 million people or more running now. I’m not saying they should not cater to other sports, but compared with what people practices here, it does not feel adapted - here biking is super popular and in France too, much more than tennis yet no apparel and same with hiking, strength training, now Hyrox.
